Originally published a few years back here: (http://csunplugged.org/databases) I thought it might be of interest to the community?

The aim of this unplugged and plugged in publication is to provide a starting point for teachers looking to understand some good ways to go about delivering computing National Curriculum 2014.

It focuses on the breadth and depth of the subject with a focus on teaching data handling and databases as well as links to Sorting Algorithms and Data Representation Character Sets.

I haven’t had time to audit and map the activities against the Progression Pathways Assessment Framework like we did for the Networks and Communications Unplugged (http://community.computingatschool.org.uk/resources/2528). Perhaps a member of the community would be willing to help me with this?

The authors would welcome all feedback from colleagues on how to improve this work for future versions.
