An Introduction to Information Systems

This unit may be used to introduce the topic of information systems.

This unit was written for the Scottish, Computing, National 4/5, Information Systems Design & Development Unit. It covers:
- what is an info system
- what is the purpose/use of an info system
- types of info system
- the data types they contain
- an examination of user interface design.

The unit is mainly theory work but has a variety of tasks built in.
Send me an e-mail ( if you wish acess to my Dropbox containg the original editable files and the required pupil files for a couple of the tasks.
