Our focus is on informal, friendly and practical workshops with some networking with like-minded colleagues thrown in.
We tend to meet on at least a bi-termly basis, depending on need and demand. Most sessions are held at Dover College, however, I am very happy to rotate locations throughout the county.
Last year we had several sessions on Greenfoot; beginning with the basics, through to creating platform games. We also learned how to program in Small Basic.
We have a number of interesting events coming up this year so please keep an eye out for updates.
I look forward to seeing you - all are welcome.

CAS Littlehampton Secondary
We are keen to connect with our local teaching colleagues from both Primary and Secondary schools in order to develop a network of help and support along the south coast for all of us teaching the subject of Computer Science.
We are looking to schedule at least three events a year where we can get together and look at what free training and support there is out there, what hardware and software people are using, as well as ways we can help each other.
We have subject specialists and CAS Master Teachers standing by, ready to offer advice and guidance about training and approaches to CS. We provide a supportive environment where you can ask those questions about Computer Science which might seem silly but which are often the most critical questions of all.
