There is a growing expectation for teachers to understand the mental health of young people. This session will investigate how teachers can approach the topic of mental health with young people in schools and help support in the management of mental health. This session will also focus on the wellbeing of teaching professionals to maintain their own mental wellbeing and provide helpful tips in which to do this.
