Come and learn about what a Raspberry Pi is and how it can be used to teach Physical Computing. All resources will be provided.

PROGRAMME

Starts - 4:30 Ends - 6:00
This two hour / 90 minute training session aims to highlight the value in delivering curriculum objectives through physical computing activities and will cover the following: Setting up a Raspberry Pi computer Controlling LEDs using Scratch and a Raspberry Pi Pedagogical approaches such as a pair programming and Parson's puzzles All teachers / educators welcome, no experience of physical computing needed. The session content is particularly relevant to key stage 2 although it might also be relevant to teachers of other age groups.
