About this workshop:

Managing and delivering the IT service has never been more challenging. Fast-paced and changing business demands, evolving technical solution options, security concerns, budget constraints, and service challenges.  These, and more, all combine to generate demands on those reponsible for the management and delivery of IT.

This workshop looks at the management & leadership challanges faced by those forming and managing the IT operation for organisations.

  • What are the key challanges IT Leaders and Managers face?

  • What makes a person who is effective at IT management & Leadership?

  • How can the industry better support the development paths to management & leadership roles and improve how we equip our IT leaders of the future?

The workshop will be designed to give participants both opportunities for discussion and engage in interactive exercises to elicit the views of the group. This will be a great opportunity to network, share experiences & learn from others, and provide valuable views that will help formulate how BCS can better support the needs of IT Leaders and Managers.
