Developing software is fundamental to the success of organisations in our digital world. What though are the key challanges of the modern Software Development environment, how should these be addressed, and what are the skills & competencies people need to develop good software solutions that customers want?
During the wrokshop we'll walk through the key challanges people face when developing software, consider best practice in software development, the skills & competencies people require, what Career Paths exist, and how these could be better promoted and managed.
