The autumn meeting for Master Teachers, Lead Schools and Hub Leaders in the East Midlands area.

PROGRAMME

Time Topic
09:15 Registration and Refreshments
09:30 Planning support for KS3 computing. If there are any topics you would like us to cover during this session please let Victoria Ellis or Helen Boulton know. Aim: to produce schemes of learning and resources to share with teachers to inspire creativity and engage students at KS3.
11:30 Hard to teach topics KS4 and KS5. All to bring one scheme of work/long term plan for a computing topic(s) and resources that they you prepared to share. Bring a list of topics that people want/need support with. Aim: to support each other with hard to teach topics, to enhance your own knowledge and gain ideas of how to teach these topics from other teachers.
12:30 Lunch
13:30 Working in groups there will be opportunity to adapt resources from the morning session for GCSE or A level. Aim: to develop comprehensive resources that you can use and share with other teachers.
