Suitable for Key stage 3 – 5. Primary Schools will benefit from an overall understanding of Cyber security as this will help to inform any Esafety days run in school. Parts 1 and 2 of the agenda. An introductory session to Cybersecurity. In this session you will gain an understanding of what is Cybersecurity, key terminology associated with Cybersecurity. Methods used to detect and protect from Cyberthreats. Activities and Resources to support Cybersecurity learning. 16:40 Cyber Security Overview – Led by TBC (Academic, Plymouth University) • Define the term Cybersecurity • Define key terminology as per what is required by the exam boards and relate the terminology to everyday activities so that pupils can connect • Methods to detect and protect from cyber security threats
