With the standardised levels of assessment removed, measuring your students’ attainment across the curriculum requires a secure understanding of how to judge achievement and develop progress over time.

This course will support those who are looking to secure positive assessment practices in the computing curriculum. Starting with assessment theories, we will investigate different methodologies for making judgements on progress and develop decision making around appropriate next steps for learning.

Led by CAS Master Teachers Julian Wood and Phil Bagge, you will be introduced to assessment practices from leading figures in primary computing.

This is a residential course, fees include meals and accommodation for the duration of the course.

Special offer: receive a 100% discount on the activity fee by using code PRI100VAT when booking. You will need to pay the VAT of £150 (which as a state-funded school you can claim back). You will also receive a £150 ENTHUSE Award. Please note that this offer supersedes any other bursary or discount offers.

PLEASE NOTE THIS OFFER IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO STATE FUNDED SCHOOLS
