This combined training and induction day is an essential first step for all new CAS Master Teachers. We will cover what it means to be a CAS Master Teacher, the ethos and expectations plus the support you will get from your CAS Regional Centre. We will also focus on leading and delivering effective CPD. Effective professional development raises the knowledge and skills base of a college, school or department while providing you with the confidence to inspire and enthuse other colleagues.
